Stand in front of our green screen, our photographer takes your picture, processes and prints it to our lab quality printer. The print is then cut and inserted into a permanent plastic key chain.
Your custom information, website, social media info, logo or literally ANYTHING can be included on the non-photo side – or we can print photos on both sides. The background is customizable too!
From start to finish the whole process typically takes less than 3 minutes from taking the photo until finished product.

Do you bring props?
- When appropriate yes. However, the key chains have a small enough photo area that we don’t bring them unless specifically requested.
Can we do our event outdoors?
- Please let us know the event is outdoors before we give a price quote as events are always quoted with indoor pricing.
- Note that all outdoor events are scheduled at the customer’s risk – so we strongly recommend that you have a back up plan.
- To Go Events/Fun Fotos To Go will always maintain the right to refuse to set up outdoors if there is a safety issue because of weather.
- If set up outdoors a 10×15 or 10×20 tent should be provided as shelter for the computer, printer, other electronics and photography backdrops that can be affected by heat, wind and moisture.
- Even though we use high quality backdrops, they can act like a sail in even modest winds – so there needs to be something to protect from wind.
- Tents outdoors should have sidewalls available to protect from wind.
- Outdoor events may cause inconsistencies in print quality because of moisture, heat etc. We always recommend being indoors.
What kind of customizing options are available?
- Typically we put a logo or event info on one side of the key chain and the guest photo on the other side.
- We can create whatever you need for your event to be successful.
Do you charge by the piece or by the hour?
- All events are booked by the hour not by the piece.
Can we have photos uploaded, texted, or e-mailed to us?
This is one of the few events we do where digital copies aren’t made available. Because of the templates we use to lay out both sides and create multiple keychains per page, the digital prints aren’t that attractive.
Can we use our own pictures for key chains?
- We can use your “favorite photo” for your key chains, or we can take green screen photos. Both have their appeal.
- Green Screen photos make people feel more a part of the event and go about 3 times quicker.
- Favorite photos become something more special, with your branding on the back, but take considerably longer to produce.
- We CANNOT do both at an event as they use two different programs and two different sets of skills for our staff.
- 2 – 6′ or 8′ banquet style tables
- Minimum of 10×10 space with 10×15 or larger being better
- 1 – 110v outlet
- Indoors is preferred, however if outdoors we also need:
- Covered area or tent with protection from direct sunlight and wind
- Tent must be staked or weighted down.
- Tent should have side and/or back walls
- Client assumes all risks for outdoor events (we recommend a back up venue just in case of inclement weather)

- 2 x 3 1/2 (business card size)
- 2 x 2 Metal (sublimation process) key tags – these are the key tags we bring when doing cell phone cases so we can make something for a guest even if they have an off brand phone that we don’t have cases for.
