  • Indoors is highly recommended. If outdoors we must be covered and have at least 1 sidewall.
    • Customer assumes all risks of outdoor events knowing that extreme heat or cold, rain, humidity and wind will all affect our ability to operate at peak capacities.
  • If using guest photos we will need an unrestricted internet connection so we can download photos.

  • Are you available nationwide?

Yes, we are! While not all of our novelties can travel to an event, Photo Puzzles can! We can literally provide them anywhere in the country.

  • Are you insured?

Of course. You can be added as an additional insured at no extra cost – as long as we know 2 weeks in advance. There is a small charge for rush jobs.

  • Can we customize?

Absolutely. If you have a school logo or pattern that you want to include (or use exclusively), we are happy to accommodate your request.

  • Can we use guests own photos for this event?

We can create photo puzzles or puzzles with patterns and names, but not both at the same event as they require different technologies and processes.

  • How many can we expect per hour and how long do you stay?

We book in 4-hour blocks minimum. Discounts are available for longer durations. We can make about 50-60 puzzles per hour, although this can vary depending on several factors.

  • Do you participate in block booking?

Yes. As members of NACA and APCA, we fully participate in block booking. The schools you block book with don’t even have to choose the same novelty, just the same family of novelty. For instance, street signs, cuff bracelets, cell phone cases, and license plates all use the same basic equipment – so you can block with any of those. Mugs and green screen photos use different equipment, so those have to block book together. Our agent will explain if you have any questions.

  • What size are these signs?

They are 8×8 metal signs. Printed with a sublimation process where the image becomes a permanent part of the sign.
